With this kit you will get all the components you require to install a 4 wire ladder espalier set-up as shown in the diagram below. (Wire not included) The heavy-duty installation is for heavy loading espalier landscaping for fruit trees and any vines or foliage producing a seasonal harvest. The system allows for high tensioning of the wire over a short distance, with re-tensioning made easy for ongoing maintenance. This system can be used for fixing onto timber fences or concrete, block or brick substrates using screw plugs. For heavy-duty use either AWG 12 (2 mm) stainless steel wire rope or AWG 12 (2 mm) soft wire.

CAUTION : DO NOT FORCE WIRE THROUGH ANCHOR
Gently insert wire using back and forth motion until wire slides comfortably between the locking jaws.

REQUIRED TOOLS

STEP 1

[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Plan your job carefully. STEP 2

[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Fix the radial wire guides at fixing points as required. Note the guides at the ends must be fixed at a 45′ angle to the direction of the wire. STEP 3

[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Feed one end of your wire through the anchor platform and carefully into the anchor turning anticlockwise and using a back and forth motion until the wire slides freely. STEP 4

STEP 5

STEP 6

[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Insert wire through Espalar Anchor and push into place in Anchor Platform.
